OUR AIM

MISSION STATEMENT

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…… (Matt 20:19-20). To achieve this we

1) Teach and Preach the Gospel especially to youth and children.

2) Choose, make friends and form a team with at least five of people we preached the gospel to - in other to disciple and mentor them.

3) Create an atmosphere that is conducive for the relationship to thrive.

4) Assist the Body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission.

VISION STATEMENT

And the things that you have heard of from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also (2Tim.2:2).

1) Watching our lives and doctrines through the mirror of God’s word (1Tim.4:16) - be sanctified that the members of our team may also be sanctified (Jn.17:19). Being an example to our Team members in what we teach, in the way we live, in our love, faith and purity (1Tim 4:12).

2) Following Jesus and His discipleship method, opening our heart and home to our team.

3) Encouraging and supporting matured members of our team to follow the mission statement and form their own Team.

4) Oneness in the body of Christ (Jn.17:21), reminding ourselves and paying more careful attention to our Masters Great Commission, lest we drift away (Heb. 2:1).

INTRO

Our Master Jesus commanded us - Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world (Matt.28:19-20).

We believe strongly that this call is to every Child of God, who is saved by His grace, matured and rooted in Him and passionate about his love for Him. One of the challenge we have in the body of Christ today is lack of discipleship. We have a lot of Converts but not Disciples. For us to bear fruits that will abide and advance the kingdom, we must go from just fishing men to making fishers of men (Matt.4:19), in other words we should graduate to making Disciples and not just converts. The Master said not just teaching but “teaching till they observe to do”, in other words, till we see them doing what we ourselves are doing that the master has taught us.

OUR MANDATE

Based on the Vision, Mission and the Intro , we mandated ourselves as follows and it is a guide to all who wants to join us.

1) Go round in your neighborhood and preach the Gospel especially to youth and children.

2) Chose at least 5 or maximum 11 of the people you Preach to and form a Team - The ones you can open your heart and home to, for discipleship/mentoring.

3) Chose a name for the Team, go to our website and register it.

4) Then we can add you to the group of Team Leaders- You will be added to our WhatsApp Group where we share experiences on how we can engage, improve and disciple/mentor our Team.

WHY THE MANDATE

We want to be part (co-laborers with God (1Cor.3:9)) in fulfilling God’ desire that the knowledge of Him will fill the whole earth as the water covers the sea (Hab.2:14), so that the kingdom of this world will become the kingdom of our God thereby fulfilling the vision shown and interpreted by Daniel and established by our Lord Jesus Christ; An everlasting kingdom that will grow and cover the earth (Dan.7:27). We want to be part of those who can confidently say MARANATA because like Apostle Paul, we have not hesitated to disciple, teach and preach the Gospel publicly and from house to house ( Acts. 20 :20-30). So all the nations of the world cannot deny hearing the testimony of our Lord before the end comes (Matt.24:14).

TARGET CATEGORY OF THE MANDATE

We are focusing mainly on youth and children – the next generation, because we believe that it is easier to catch, train and disciple them before the day of trouble comes and years of complicated life (Eccl.12:1-8). We want to make sure that this batten is handed over to faithful men who will teach others also (2Tim:2:2) . So we are targeting, supporting and equipping young, faithful men and women, soldiers of Christ, zealous and on fire for God, passionate in sharing the gospel and committed in teaching others also.
